日本作業前掛けとミリタリーのランドリー帆布、冬の季節花"椿"の柄の日本古布を混ぜ込んだワイドパンツ。

生地に拘り、厚みのある高クオリティパンツに仕上げる為、16ozの分厚く、何も無くても立ってくれるような生地を使用しています。

ワンタック入ったパンツでスタイルも良く見せてくれる。でも、日本の文化感じる着物のようなシルエットラインを演出。

どんなに当たったり擦れたりしてもダメージが全く残らず、パンツとしての存在を保ってくれる生地は価値が高く、非常に逞しい。


今回使用しているのは、
・何着もの洗濯物を詰め込んで運ぶ為に使う"ミリタリランドリーバック"
・重いものや持ちにくいものを足や腰に擦らせながら、全身を使って、作業するような人達が使ってきた"前掛け"

元は衣服として使用されていない、頑丈性を求められてきた生地だからこそ、服にすると面白い。

Wide pants made from a Japanese work apron, military laundry canvas, and vintage Japanese fabric with a pattern of the winter flower "camellia".

We are particular about the fabric, and use a thick 16oz fabric that stands up even without anything to create thick, high-quality pants.

The pants have one tuck, so they look great. But they also create a silhouette line like a kimono, which gives a sense of Japanese culture.

No matter how much they are hit or rubbed, there is no damage, and the fabric maintains its presence as pants, making it valuable and very sturdy.

The items used this time are:
- A "military laundry bag" used to pack and carry many pieces of laundry
- An "apron" used by people who work using their whole body while rubbing heavy or difficult-to-hold items against their legs and waists

It is interesting to make clothes from fabric that was not originally used for clothing and was required to be sturdy.
